Method
From the first contact to the goal - your support is provided exclusively by Mr. Bernd J. Hollmann personally. In this way we ensure that we can continuously coordinate where we are going, what the status of processing is in the target/actual comparison and which steps need to be corrected.
We will be happy to prepare our offer after a detailed personal discussion in your area or in Berlin.
Online Consult
A first conversation is helpful. It clarifies whether you understand each other, speak a similar language, can find enough interfaces to develop trust in working together.
In a conversation we can work out starting points for your problem. That's why calls are useful - at no charge.
If there is a time limit for our task, our services can also be made digitally. Our fee is then defined and billed as an hourly rate. Provided you have your own website and you are identifiable to us with your information in the imprint. Give us a call. We'll speak in person right away.
Compensation
Our remuneration is based on performance. It consists of three elements according to service level and offer:
- Assessment of the initial situation, analysis of strengths/weaknesses (SWOT analysis), evaluation, strategy and measures
- Process support and control for up to 24 months.
- Compensation for success/failure, change of strategy
Remuneration for Online Consult upon request: advice for small companies by phone upon request and according to individual agreement. Fee 270 EUR per started hour plus 19% VAT.
